Prepared a landscape plan for a proposed medium density residential development in the Hawke's Bay area.

Prepared a technical landscape effects memo to support the relocation of an undeveloped building platform within a significant landscape area.

Prepared a preliminary landscape effects assessment with associated visuals to support the potential private sale of a lifestyle section within a significant landscape overlay area.

Te Awamutu Waste To Energy Plant

Supported a submission by Waikato Thoroughbred Racing in opposition to the proposed Te Awamutu Waste to Energy Plant through development of expert landscape evidence and supporting visuals. 

Solar Farm

Prepared a landscape effects assessment, reflected light assessment and associated visuals for a proposed new solar farm. The project remains confidential at this time.

Ōkere Hydro Electricity Scheme

Prepared a landscape mitigation masterplan, overview video and a landscape effects assessment to support an application for a new hydroelectricity power station near Rotorua. 

Mainfreight Irongate

Hawke’s Bay Airport Viewshafts

As part of the Napier District Plan review, we reviewed and reconsidered public viewshafts through the airport area towards Te Whanganui-ā-Orotū.

Base Hospital New Plymouth

Prepared a landscape effects assessment and associated visual material for a major upgrade to Base Hospital in New Plymouth. 

Waipipi Wind Farm

Acted as a resource consent commissioner appointed to hear and determine an application to construct and operate a wind farm near Waverley. 

Coromandel Oyster Farms

Prepared a landscape and natural character effects assessment, with associated visuals, for the consenting of a new flip-farming technique for commercial oyster growing. 

Transpower Atiamuri Substation

Prepared a landscape effects assessment and associated visualisations for the expansion of the Atiamuri substation. 

Transpower SH29 Pole Relocation

We prepared a landscape effects assessment and associated visual material to support the relocation of transmission towers to make way for the development of SH29. 

Southern Corridor Improvements

The Southern Corridor Improvements project involved the construction of new northbound and southbound lanes on the Southern Corridor motorway between Manukau and Papakura (approximately 10km), together with new noise walls, a shared use path, iwi artworks, and over 200,000 native plants.
